We will review each aspect of the business and will recommed the number of document types and document imaging applications that can bring the most value to your organization. The assessment will provide a return on investment (ROI) analysis to help justify the purchase of the system.

Installation/Configuration: Our technicians will deliver, install and configure your new equipment and software according to your specifications. They will coordinate with your IT staff to integrate the system with your existing network. Advanced installation services are available for having our team set up and configure your network environment or integrate the imaging applications with your existing business systems.

Workflow Consulting: Our expert staff can review your existing workflow processes (how you move information from place to place within your organization) and can recommend best practices and real world solutions for streamlining the process and making the most of your new technology. They can help design a better and more safe and secure way to handle your documents and more importantly, your data. This service is particularly helpful for organizations that have compliance or document retention policy requirements.

Document Conversion Services:This is a great service for organizations that need to convert their old documents onto the document management system but don't have the desire or the manpower to spend the time. They can let Vision Data Group handle it for them! VDG will come to your site, check out the files for conversion (all at once or in batches, daily, weekly or monthly) and will bring them back to the VDG secured facilities and perform the scanning for you. The data files are immediately available on your document management system as they are scanned. VDG can also perform the scanning on your site with our own bonded VDG staff.

Application Hosting:VDG offers clients the ability to have document management with no hardware and software. We will host your document management system on our secured servers and will provide access to you and your organization using a regular browser over a secured internet connection. When paired with our document conversion services this creates a great turn-key solution that can be implemented in as little time as a week!

Silver Service and Maintenance:Silver Service provides VDG customers with M-F 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM phone support and unlimited 24 hour email support. Issues requiring "on-site" technical support are billed at an hourly rate and hardware is covered by manufacturer service agreements. agreements.

Gold Service and Maintenance: Gold Service provides our customers with business hours and after-hours phone support and unlimited 24 hour email support. VDG technicians will be on-site to address hardware and software issues within 24 business hours. Custom service and maintenance packages can also be created for specific business needs.
